Welcome to the official website of the Brewgrass Festival. Hosted by the Great Smokies Craft Brewers
Association and benefiting Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Western North Carolina, the Brewgrass Festival has quickly
become one of the most popular beer and bluegrass events in the Southeast.

We are gearing up for another great year of beer in the mountains of beautiful Western North Carolina. Last year's event was a huge success and the venue drew great reviews so we have secured the same site as last year.
We are still finishing up the last of the booking for the bands. We regret Jim Lauderdale has had to cancel due to some throat issues and is unable to commit singing gigs untill he has recovered. We wish Jim a quick recovery and will hold a spot at next year's Brewgrass. We have finally gotten together with the Biscuit Burners after several years of conflicting schedules. We are also proud to announce the addition of IBMA Emerging Artist of the Year nominee, Cadillac Sky. In addition, the Dixie B-Liners will make the erip from New York. We are also proud to introduce another local up and comer, Brushfire Stankgrass. When we fill the final slot, we will let you know.
Tickets are selling at a brisk pace. There are less than 700 tickets left. The event has consistently sold out each year, so get them while you can. The price has gone up a little for the first time in 7 years yet the price to stage the event has increased each year. We want to be able to continue to give to all to charities involved. Hope you understand.
See you in September.

Each year in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, we gather over 30 American breweries to showcase more
than 100 different beers. We add a great lineup of national and regional bluegrass musicians that, in the past, has
included such notables as Jimmy Martin, J.D. Crowe, The Osborne Brothers, Norman Blake, Tony Trischka, Bad Livers,
Valerie Smith, Tony Furtado, Yonder Mountain String Band, and Sons Of Ralph. We also feature a variety of area food
vendors and plenty of water.
Put all these things together and you have the ingredients for the perfect beer day.
You can find all the information you need to attend the festival right here, including:
We look forward to seeing you. Cheers!
